Due to its higher hydrophilic properties, it gets excellent solubility in water. This makes it a suitable choice for animal feed and nutrition. Due to the better absorption of Hydrolyzed Soya Lecithin for all nutrients, it gives remarkable growth to poultry and aquatic life. Hydrolyzed Soya Lecithin is also considered as a key ingredients in different food applications.
